Our client, an impressive and rapidly growing company which have shown remarkable growth in an emerging market are looking to source a bright and highly ambitious Senior Finance Analyst to join their ever-growing finance team. This FTSE 250 Company seek progressive individuals with a strong track record to date that are hungry to progress through the ranks within a fast-paced, ever-changing working environment to thrive in.

Key Responsibilities:
-Finance business partnering by providing financial information and analytical support to enable them to deliver their company targets and business profitability
-Model complex and large quantities of data into succinct reporting outputs suitable for Finance and non-Finance colleagues
-Financial support and analysis, providing assistance for regional specific initiatives
-Performance reporting, pro-active analysis of actual and future performance of the regions and business areas
-Guide the regions through the budget process to ensure understanding and ownership of the numbers by Area and Regional Managers
-Make recommendations to the business on the basis of your analysis, to include views on key selling tools
-Production and ownership of Finance Packs
-Production and ownership of the Company's Retail KPI Bonus model
-Ad-hoc analysis and cover across the Retail Finance team

What we are looking for:
-Strong academic background with exceptional A-level results and a 2:1 degree or above
-ACA/ACCA/CIMA (First time passes) 2-3 years PQE
-Experience within the retail industry (Consider other industries provided it is Blue chip companies)
-Very strong analytical and reporting skills and have a strategical mind set
-Strong Excel modelling skills
-Presentation skills and confidence in building relationships to business partner across the company and with senior management
