Interim Finance Business Partner

Our client, a highly regarded and dynamic employer of choice and FTSE 100 Group, is looking to source a commercially astute Finance Business Partner (Operations) to join its talented team on an initial interim basis. This is a pivotal and visible role within the organisation, with full responsibility for supporting your brand and Operations team across more than 150 sites. You will work closely with Regional Directors, providing decision support for c£150m of operating costs, as well mentoring and managing one direct report.

Key skills & experience required:

* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
* Multi-site Retail/FMCG/Hospitality background
* Experience of working within a large, complex business
* Proven Operational business partnering skills
* Experience of working on high level projects
* Progressive attitude and excellent communication skills
* Exceptional commercial awareness and understanding of key drivers
* Ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
