Accounts Payable Clerk

We have a superb opportunity for an experienced Accounts payable clerk , with our client, who is based closed to Bank tube in the city of London.

The role reports to the Head of Finance and is responsible for

Coding of invoices to nominal ledger

Ensuring correct authorisation is obtained

Reconciliation of supplier statements

Payment of staff expenses

Accruals and prepayments

Later on the role will expand to monitoring expense variances against budget
