The Company
Due to recent expansion, the business is now looking to recruit an experienced Management Accountant into their Finance Function. Operating in the retail sector, they are located right in the Centre of Manchester. They are looking to pay a salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
The Role
Key responsibilities:
* Preparation of monthly management accounts pack with analysis and commentary
* Supporting the preparation of statutory accounts
* Overseeing more junior members of the team who are responsible for transactional entries (AP/AR/bank/payroll/reconciliations)
* Annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting
* Business partnering with key verticals including sales and marketing
Profile:
* Qualified CIMA/ACA
* Strong analytic skills as well as previous experience of managing an entire month end close process
