The Role:- As the Billings Analyst you will work in a business using cutting edge technologies and have opportunities for multiple progression paths in the business. This is a new role to expand sales capabilities, ensuring customer billing is 100% accurate, Continuously challenging the status quo, improving processes and controls at all times.
Key responsibilities are: to ensure accurate invoices delivered to customers, on-time.
Regular audits to ensure accuracy of all inputs into billing, progress reports on all billing activity, updating of bespoke voice call tariffs, calculation of overage amounts.
Draft invoice review and error correction, monthly invoice review, metric generation, trend analysis.
The person:- will have previous analysis experience in Credit/Billings and Invoicing. Comfortable managing Database reports and queries. With strong analysis skills an eye for detail, thorough, excellent Microsoft Excel experience. Strong communication skills, professional and influential and enjoys being part of a multi-functional team, across delivery, finance and product. An excellent career path for a forward thinking individual with a strong understanding of the billings/credit/invoicing cycle.
