Purchase Ledger Clerk job available in Norwich
Your new company
Hays are currently recruiting on behalf of a well established professional organisation based on the outskirts of Norwich. This company pride themselves on their high level of service and this has led to steady growth to become a multi-site organisation.
Your new role
The main purpose of the purchase ledger job is to provide a comprehensive accounts support service to the finance team. Responsibilities include:
Purchase ledger invoice processing
Petty cash and credit card reconciliations
Taking payments
Inter company monetary transfers
Processing employee expenses
Statement production
Overseeing the depreciation book of assets
Raising and producing PO numbers
This is a full time post working Monday to Friday 9-5.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates must have previous experience working with SAGE, be able to prioritise work effectively and work autonomously. You must be confident at using Microsoft Excel and other office programs.
