BTG Recruitment have a excellent opportunity to join an incredibly exciting Market Leading business based in Manchester City Centre.

We are looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Team Leader add value by improving process in place at the moment. The right candidate will be ambitious, seeking the chance to add value and strengthen your already excellent skills within a managerial role.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Purchase Ledger Team - 10 and growing
  • Maintain & improve the relationships with all key suppliers
  • Ensuring order to cash services are accurate and compliant
  • Managing daily bank receipt's
  • Deal with difficult supplier/customer queries
  • Look to improve all processes and procedures
  • KPI ownership and implementations
  • Supporting team with 1-2-1's
  • Management reports on aged debt

Key Skills and Experience

  • Previous AR and Supervisory experience is required
  • SAP Experience would be advantageous
  • Extensive experience of cash allocation and maintaining strict internal controls
  • Proven ability to add value and enhance processes
  • Comfortable in your own ability to make decisions
  • Man management experience would be ideal
