This fast growing business which has recently gone through an MBO now require a Head of Finance to lead a number of projects to add strategic value to operational areas. Managing a finance team and responsible for cash management, the Head of Finance will be the key driver in the integration and M&A activity as they look to acquire a number of businesses over the next 2 years.
Reporting into an experienced CFO, my client is looking for an ACA qualified Accountant. This individual will have a background in a manufacturing organisation, with previous experience in corporate finance / mergers & acquisitions.
