Assistant Accountant

Venture Recruitment Partners are exclusively working with a leading FMCG, based on the South Coast, to recruit an Assistant Accountant. This role will sit within a newly created finance function at their head office on the outskirts of Southampton with excellent transport links.

For this role you will undertake a broad range of duties including bank reconciliations, developing reports, assisting with the production of the management accounts as well as involvement in a range of analysis and other ad hoc tasks. You are likely to be studying for your AAT or at an early stage of your ACCA/CIMA studies.

You will be exposed to a wide range of finance tasks within the business, which allows potential for progression and movement within the team. The employer will consider study support as part of a comprehensive remuneration package.
