A business-minded and driven FP&A Manager extensive experience of supporting Group functions and the ability to translate complex financial analysis into commercial insight is required for a 3 month contract with the likelihood of extension based in Berkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large organisation going through a major transition and to be a key part of a dynamic finance team.
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for building partnerships with their functions and business partners to provide insight into the numbers. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering key financial forecasting, along with insightful performance reporting and analysis
- Supporting transformation activities through design and delivery of changes to forecasting/reporting methodologies
- Leading the process of forecasting and creating Opex reporting
- Significant stakeholder management across other areas of Finance Operations and Business Unit teams to manage performance and roll out new global ways of working
- Developing and maintaining large models
The FP&A Manager will be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) ideally with SAP experience and the ability to lead through a period of change. You will also possess excellent interpersonal skills to engage and influence a variety of senior stakeholders.
