My client is seeking to appoint an Actuarial Manager with a demonstrable track record in consultancy to its specialist team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a pensions actuary with an entrepreneurial flair, seeking to take a step up in his/her actuarial career.
Leading client service teams, you will be responsible for managing client relationships with board level corporate and Trustee clients as well as for delivering first class pensions consulting advice on a wide range issues. Additionally, you will have the potential to act as a Scheme Actuary to DB schemes.
The ideal candidate will be a commercially astute FIA/FFA (newly) qualified individual with excellent client relationship skills and at least 5 years' prior experience in pensions actuarial consultancy.
Prior experience in coaching and developing junior staff is desirable but not necessarily a prerequisite.
