Management Accountant

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently are currently working in an exclusive partnership with a leading service sector organisation as the look to employ a qualified Management Accountant to join its small but expanding team based in Worksop.

The successful candidate will report directly into the Finance Director and take ownership for the month end process and ensures all month end deliverables are produced in line with agreed time frames. As management Accountant you will also take ownership of the month end processes, producing and analysing monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations and completing monthly/quarterly balance sheet reconciliations.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

- Production of the monthly management accounts
- Production of company's cash flow forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis
- Produce insightful reporting
- Recording intercompany transactions
- Oversee Credit Control
- Liaising with departmental managers providing insightful analysis
- Resource management to ensure efficient productivity

The successful Management Accountant will need to be able to demonstrate the following qualifications and experience:

- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Proven experience preparing high quality management accounts
- Solid accounting skills
- Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to partner and influence
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in Excel
