Supporting the Finance Director and managing a small team, the Finance Manager position for this SME is responsible for all aspects of financial control, analysis and reporting. You will business partner with operations and the senior management team to provide financial insight, explain variances and assist with key strategic decision making. You will prepare annual budgets, forecasts, planning and analysis, as well as working on key process improvements. Controls and compliance will be monitored and adhered to and you will provide support with the annual audit. ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified would be preferential, as well as working knowledge of Sage 200. Previous experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment essential.
