Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to provide the narrative that draws together metrics, trends and targets into a cohesive, value-adding, and action orientated story.
This role combines a good level of understanding on how the wider business operates with analytical ability to sift effectively through data available, overlaying all this with the technical competency to illustrate this analysis to the senior team.
Accountabilities
*Govern the strategy circle ensuring that each part of the system understands what the others are moving towards.
*Translate complex numbers and ideas into clear, compelling and engaging stories that drive buy in for action across the EC and levels below.
*Produces materials and roadmaps that can be shared across the group
*Drives Business performance against our key performance indicators
*Reduce bad costs whilst identifying opportunity and proposing action
*Proactively alert the business to trends and root cause to minimise financial and operational impacts to the organisation.
*Produces accurate and clear core business insight within agreed timescales
*Significant stakeholder engagement and influence
*Ensures emphasis is given to continued improvement, recording and reporting against improvement targets
This is a highly visible role within a key team within the organisation with exposure to the CFO & CEO on a regular basis. We are looking for someone with passion and desire to succeed and a keen eye for problem solving with a goal to finding more than one solution.
