Manager

Global Accounting Network is partnering with a US listed tech business to secure an essential hire for their internal reporting team. This role is a great entry route into this tech giant, who are at the leading edge of their field. Leading a team to deliver accurate, detailed, and varied reporting on both financial and KPI based metrics, this role is business critical, and opportunity to have an impact across the entire business. This role holder will be experienced at managing senior stakeholders, with key customers for this position including the CEO and CFO, as well as regional Finance Partners across the globe.

Key responsibilities include:

• Dashboard management
• Monthly report production for the senior leadership team
• Driving the month end process, scrutinising numbers from regional teams and ensuring accurate, timely reporting
• Management of a team of 4, including one remote report
• Overseeing the mid-month forecast
• Delivery and analysis of KPI reporting
• Managing and analysing vast quantities of data for maximum utility
• Coordinating meetings with global finance partners to ensure their accurate and timely delivery

The ideal candidate will fit some or all of the following:

• Qualified accountant (required)
• Experience in a reporting role in a large multinational business
• Advanced Excel skills
• Evidence of exposure to senior leadership teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience driving performance of a small team
