Job Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

The ONE Group are working alongside an exciting business with their Head Office in Boston who going through a period of exciting growth. Due to a restructure within one of their other UK based offices, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to assist them while they continue to grow in their sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with personnel management experience to take the next step in their career and join an exciting industry.

A full job spec is provided if interested, but as the successful Payroll & Benefits Manager, your duties will include:
- Take ownership of the company car scheme
- Administer all pension schemes and be the contact for pension providers
- Negotiate with insurance brokers to ensure renewals are cost effective
- Take full ownership of the payroll function and the team
- Build and run reports from various systems on a regular basis
- Additional duties (detailed in the job spec)

To be considered for the Payroll & Benefits Manager position, you MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience with running a monthly/weekly payroll cycle. You must have excellent communication skills. A sound knowledge of pensions intricacies, car schemes and tax regulations would put you at a high advantage also.
