Head of Finance

Our client is a high growth international media agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Finance to join an ambitious business. Key responsibilities will include –

• Manage the finance team, including management accountant, accountant, production accountant, finance assistant and purchase ledger assistant.
• Develop strategic proposals based on company activity both proactively and when new opportunities arise
• Provide Directors with monthly of financial information and analysis.
• Review and prepare consolidated monthly management accounts, and variance analysis for all projects and updating of forecasts.
• Development of company budgets and conduct variance analysis of financial results against those budgets.
• Forecast financials for all group companies, keeping up to date on new projects and material changes to existing budgets and costs.
• Manage international presence as the business moves into new territories
• Function as a key Business Partner
• Develop client finance relationships, attending monthly meetings
• Treasury function including cash-flow, forex and dual bank signatory.
• Support decision making by monitoring and forecasting cash-flow across the group.
• Responsible for the integrity of financial information, ensuring complete and accurate financial records and internal control processes across all group companies.

You will be a Qualified Accountant with a track record of success in high growth businesses. You must have strong communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels in the business. Experience of working for a media business with an international footprint would be beneficial.
