Our client is a high growth consumer goods business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Finance to join an ambitious and innovative business. Reporting to the CEO key responsibilities will include –
- Ownership of the finance function
- Managing and developing the finance team
- Improving the quality of financial controls and processes
- Managing cashflow forecasting and working capital
- Ownership of financial modelling, budgeting and KPIs
- Enhancing the usage of the SAP system and integrating to business processes
- Supporting the management team in strategic decision making
- Contribute to operational issues (stock, supply chain and inventory)
- Owning the relationship with banks and auditors
You will be a Qualified Accountant with experience of working for a high growth SME. Previous experience of working in a product led international business in the FMCG, retail or ecommerce sectors would be beneficial. You must excellent Excel skills.
