An exciting opportunity is now available for a CIMA finalist or newly qualified accountant within a fast moving high growth business. They are looking for an individual who is confident, comes across fantastic face to face and regularly liaises with senior figures within a business both financial and non-financial. This is a unique chance to join a youthful business that is really picking up steam where the skies are really the limit in terms of progression.

Character is very important within this role, a progressive and ambitious accountant is needed in order to further push this young business forward. It is one of the fastest growing organisations within the UK with determined and enterprising owners who are now moving into international markets. Technically; a management accounts, reporting, cash flow and forecasting background is an essential but the biggest skill needed is for you to be a strong communicator able to liaise with all levels of business as in essence you will be a be Business Partner for your area of the business.

Ideally you will:

• Be an ambitious and outgoing newly qualified or CIMA finalist (ACCA and ACA still applicable)
• Have a track record of dealing with operation directors and site managers as well as senior figures within the accounts team
• Have overall management accounts experience from top to bottom
• Be a hard worker who is capable of working with minimal supervision, able to think outside the box and a self-starter
