Internationally listed Retail business based in West London require an Interim Head of Finance for a period of six months. You will report directly into the UK CEO and be responsible for managing a small team and stabilising the finance function in order to support and sustain further growth.
Responsibilities;
- Ownership of all financial and management reporting for the business’ largest entity, managing a small team
- Review the current finance organisation; optimising processes where appropriate
- Suggest and implement improvements across accounting and reporting
- Support policies and controls/governance development across the finance function
Candidate Profile;
- Qualified accountant (or equivalent)
- Experience in a relevant senior finance role in a commercial business
- Strong people manager
- Good project and process management skills
