Finance Manager £34,000 - £38,000 – Central Cheltenham
An expanding charity based in central Cheltenham are looking to appoint a Finance Manager into their team. To help the charity with key areas of business they are now looking for a qualified Finance Manager to lead on embedding good financial control, compliance and supporting their business units to sustain them and respond to growth opportunities. The role will also work directly with their Executive Team to focus on key strategic projects, including investment in our venues.
The successful applicant will be a Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW) and will be able to demonstrate consolidation of operational accountancy and financial management skills in a finance related role. They will have experience and understanding of current charity accounting rules and compliance, encompassing trading activity. You must be confident in financial reporting and control as well as being able to engage with non-financial managers. You will be expected to manage a small finance team and working collaboratively with other managers and projects.
