Interim Finance Manager – Manchester & Leeds
My client is a leading regional Affordable Housing Group who require an experienced interim Finance Manager to assist them through a period of change.
You will manage a small team and assist with the financial management of the Group’s finances. Additionally you will assist with the preparation of the statutory and management accounts and complete other financial reporting requirements.
Role
- Preparation of management accounts, including budget monitoring and forecasting, ensuring all control accounts are reconciled
- Liaising with the Operations team on preparation, monitoring and forecasting of the capital programme budget
- Prepare statutory accounts in accordance with agreed timetables
- Preparing the draft annual budget, liaising with senior staff across the Association to do so
- Assist the Finance Director in the preparation of long term business plans
- Candidates will be experienced finance managers with a proven track record of delivering statutory and management accounts
Offer - £200 per day
