My Exeter based client is currently looking to recruit a Transactional Finance Manager. Reporting into the Group Finance Director, you will be responsible for and manage the delivery of Accounts Payable; Accounts Receivable and Cash Book activities ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Co-ordination and management of the operations finance team ensuring workloads and processing levels are managed effectively at all times
- End to end ownership over the full AP, AR and cash management function
- Prepare and present timely management information periodically, identifying trends and delivering reports to various internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure close working relationships are built and maintained across customer entities
- Ensure that all account reconciliations are completed properly and timely
- Responsible for maintaining a strong internal control environment
- Initiate and implement continuous improvement of the organisation, processes, automation and systems of the Transactional Services Team
