My client is an incredibly successful FTSE listed company who own and manage many prominent real estate assets in London and across the country. In addition to this they are actively expanding their portfolio into Europe and diversifying the range of properties that they have.
They are looking for an astute newly qualified individual to join the team and to bring excellent technical skills as well as sound commercial skills to add wider value to both the finance team and the rest of the company. It will involve working with senior stakeholders in both finance and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing the management accounts
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Analysis of costs
- Provide sound commercial commentary
- Assist in the financial reporting
- Partaking in affordability analysis
- Provide support to the trainee accountant
- Liase with external and internal stakeholders
