MERJE are exclusively representing a leading FMCG organisation in the search for a Finance Manager.
Reporting to the Finance Director you will provide support to Site Accountants, improving both the reporting of information through to Group and operational performance across the organisation. Operating across a multi-site group you will work closely with both Site Directors and the commercial function in a broad capacity requiring an adaptable approach and broad skill set.
Being a qualified accountant you will have an excellent understanding of Manufacturing, ideally gained from within the FMCG sector, providing a solid accounting background whilst also having a commercial understanding and the ability to work in a challenging environment. Having operated at a site level you will be experienced in group reporting whilst also having an excellent understanding of standard costing, labour and overheads, exposure to SAP would be advantageous. In return the role offers the opportunity to progress into a divisional role gaining exposure across all areas of finance.
