My client is a North Kent based employer looking to recruit a high calibre, qualified candidate to join the business in a Finance Business Partner capacity. This role will offer lots of early autonomy and senior level exposure across the group.
The responsibilities of this role will be to challenge and partner with senior stakeholders from across the group focusing on driving through business improvements across the division.
In detail this role will manage a small management accounting and hold chief responsibility for a myriad of management reporting to include regularly project forecasting and annual budgets.
On an operational level, the successful candidate will be challenged to deliver sound commercial judgement assessing both cash, profit and CAPEX spends on projects. You'll also run scenario and financial modelling, to assess business risk and strategies.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate a first class academic background and have equally well refined communication and business partnering skills, able to credibly hold court with senior figures. You'll be driven and highly motivated to improve the departments offering to the business, constantly assessing how to add further value as a finance function. You'll be ambitious and eager to develop a career at one of Kent's most prominent employers.
