Commercial Analyst - Aylesbury
£25,000 - £29,000 per annum plus Bonus plus Excellent Benefits

We are looking for an Excel Specialist to join this dynamic organisation going through a period of sustained growth.
You will provide commercial analysis and management information support to the growing department. You will also deliver a high quality of financial analysis and controls to underpin the relationship management with a number of large high profile clients.

Principal Responsibilities
- Promote, implement, support and communicate key financial data disciplines, controls and practices within the team and non-financial managers
- Drive greater understanding of business performance through relevant KPIs and analysis
- Review performance and develop relevant KPIs agreed with Management
- Provide key business and commercial content to financial performance
- Review of detailed profitability analysis and business efficiencies, make recommendations on how these can be improved to support improvement of bottom line growth
- Co-ordinate and manage the preparation of the annual budget and rolling forecasts
- Be the key contact between the departments and Group Finance team to assist with billing, revenue, budget and reporting queries
- Provide a financial guide to senior management
- Drive continuous improvement culture and development of processes
- Improve business modelling and financial planning for growth
- Respond to ad hoc requests in a timely manner

The successful candidate will have experience doing a similar role and Advanced Excel skills. You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels within the business in a timely and professional manner. You will have the desire to get into the detail and understand the 'nuts and bolts' of the business. You will be a team player and work effectively under pressure.
