Our client, a rapidly expanding, nationally recognised company, are looking to source a bright, talented newly qualified accountant to join their growing finance team. With continuous opportunities for career progression, this company can offer a dynamic and challenging environment to thrive in.

Roles and Responsibilities:
-Prepare budgets and forecasts of the commercial finance
-Report financial performance of the business in an accurate and timely manner, allowing the Management to make the right business decisions based on the reported results
-Production of monthly management accounts to stipulated deadlines together with analysis and investigation of results, Variance analysis for the contracts and Balance Sheets reconciliations.
-Assist the external auditors during the year-end audit
-Provide accurate and timely statutory reporting
-Process control and assist the Finance Manager with process improvement

The ideal candidate:
-Strong academic background with good A-level results and a 2:1 degree or above from a top university
-ACA/ACCA/CIMA Newly qualified or 1-2 PQE (Individuals seeking their first move into industry from a top practice will be considered)
-Candidates will have experience in a large/blue chip organisation is desirable
-Very strong analytical and reporting skills working with large datasets with a strategical mindset
