Finance Business Partner

Robertson Bell Finance are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to work within a well-established and unique public sector organisation based in London.

This two-year fixed term contract will support the organisation as they go through an exciting period of change/growth. The role plays an important part within the finance team as you will be overseeing a team of three whilst reporting into the Head of Finance. Other key responsibilities will include;

*Building relationships and business partnering with senior stakeholders
*Monitoring the budgets and producing monthly returns to the budget holders
*Deliver accurate and effective financial reporting, planning and budgeting.
*To be able to provide financial and business advice to the senior managers and other non-finance professionals within the directorate.
*You will be involved with the medium/long term financial and investment plans.
*Confidently be able to coordinate staff within the directorate to achieve the objective set.
*To support the Head of Finance in making key decisions moving forward and to deputise for the Head of Finance when necessary.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with business partnering experience and a proven track record of stakeholder management across all levels and backgrounds with an extremely strong mind-set. You will be personable with excellent communication skills that has the ability to build rapport with budget holders in a warm engaging but often challenging manor. You must have the ability to prioritise work and to work to tight deadlines.
