Chief Financial Officer

Our client, a high-profile leader within the niche UK luxury retail sector is currently seeking an experienced CFO to act as a business partner, identifying and advising on future opportunities as part of a small executive management team.

As a leader within the business and number one within finance, the role will consist of but is not limited to the following:

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full finance function, IT and broader commercial decision making.
• Running the day to day operations whilst managing, motivating and communicating with the team.
• Identifying, suggesting and implementing appropriate changes to a business to ensure the team's contribution to the companies continued growth.
• Manage best practice with regards to retail reporting and KPI measurement and management.
• Analyse and forecast cash flow reports to optimize funds and reduce risks.
• Lead the budget and forecasting processes, including timely reporting systems on weekly, monthly and annual basis.
• Interaction and daily communication with the operations team and the board as well as external parties.

The Candidate

Having undergone a significant expansion across the UK and Europe, the candidate must have prior experience dealing with international retail wholesaling and ecommerce business. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast- paced and commercial environment, whilst playing a key part in managing a small team. This well known fashion retailer is looking for an experienced candidate to have a hands on approach and positive attitude when it comes to driving business growth.
