Management Reporting:

* Lead on reporting, analysis and communication of monthly results and clear commentary.
* Lead on flash reporting of monthly GWP and revenue results for the UK.
* Lead on monthly KPI reporting.
* Responsible for reviewing reconciliations and management accounts on a monthly basis and in a timely and accurate manner.


Financial Planning:

* Lead on forecasting process for the Lloyd's entity whilst introducing rolling forecasts.
* Ownership of budgeting and forecasting process.
* Development of financial models to support new and strategic initiatives.


Statutory and Regulatory Reporting:

* Lead on the preparation of statutory accounts under UK GAAP.
* Ensure all regulatory reporting is completed in a timely and accurate manner.


Expenses and Accounts Payable:

* Responsible for the day to day management of the account payable and expenses function


Team Management:

* Effective management of the team deliverables and objectives.
* Ensuring that all direct reports have a clear objectives and a high quality professional development plan.
* Compliance with policies & practices.
* Ensuring regular team meetings are held to plan activities, monitor progress and prioritise tasks.
* Oversees and manages the team's processes and procedures to ensure workflows and processes are efficient, effective and in line with compliance and other regulatory requirements.
