Corporate Finance Executive
Our client is a highly successful Corporate Finance House with a reputation that is built on working on quality transactions and employing the highest calibre Corporate Finance Professionals in the market.
Due to continual growth they are looking for a dynamic Chartered Accountant with a couple of years post qualified experience in a deals environment, who is looking to continue their career within Corporate Finance. You will play a key role with a variety of different lead advisory transactions, including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, and general strategic advice.
The successful candidate will have an exceptional academic background, will have trained ACA within a large firm and will be a confident communicator. At an Executive level you will ideally have had some exposure to a commercial area such as Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or Corporate Restructuring, although this is not essential.
