Corporate Finance Executive

Our client is an international firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors. Their Corporate Finance team in Birmingham are going through a considerable period of growth and are therefore looking for entrepreneurial, talented individuals to assist with that growth. 

They are seeking individuals either at a newly qualified level with no prior experience or with post qualified experience in a transaction focused area who are looking to continue their career within Lead Advisory Corporate Finance.  You will play a key role with a variety of different lead advisory transactions, including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, raising finance and general strategic advice. 

A Corporate Finance Executive will:

• Work on both buy side and sell side projects for Public and Private companies, OMBs and Private Equity houses
• Prepare reports, information memorandum and documents using Word and Powerpoint
• Prepare detailed financial models using Excel involving a range of transaction structures
• Perform research on specific companies and sectors
• Support sales and marketing activities

The successful Corporate Finance Executive will have a strong academic background, be a qualified accountant, probably ACA, and strong communication skills are a prerequisite.  You will join a team that is very active in the Midlands market and have exciting expansion plans in place so there will be certain opportunities for progression in the future.
