Head of Financial Planning and Analysis

A private equity backed retail business is currently seeking a Head of FP&A to take on a newly created role. As Head of FP&A you will manage a small team, report directly to the Group FD, and have significant contact with the private equity backers.

You will be responsible for providing financial support and analysis in all commercial decisions as well as getting involved in strategic planning for the company. Your work in budgeting, forecasting, and modelling will ultimately help to determine the performance of this successful and growing business.

The ideal candidate will need to have similar experience within retail space, and have previously managed stock with a high level of accuracy. You will have experience in delivering regular reports to CFO-level, and preferably exposure to a private equity exit.

This is an opportunity to report directly and work closely with the Group FD and PE house. It is an outstanding opportunity to gain further insight into the private equity exit process and to deliver reporting to the most senior level of finance.
