A superb tech start up, with exceptional year on year growth is looking for a Financial Controller to oversee the vital development of the finance function. This is not your conventional FC role; reporting directly to the FD you will be expected to manage the daily operations of the department and develop key relationships.
The Role:
- Implement and develop control procedures.
- Manage key relationships for the finance department.
- Involvement in month end reporting
- Present key reports and findings to the FD.
The Candidate:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA)
- Experience of working in a medium sized enterprise preferably in a fast growth SME.
- Process improvement and system implementation experience.
- Strong communication and IT skills.
- Full eligibility to work in the UK
