Your new role
As Manager, you will be looking after a portfolio of clients from a range of sectors, mainly with an SME focus. Not only will you be dealing day to day with finance teams and finance directors, but also the owners of the business, advising on strategy and how to further their businesses. In addition to client work, you will take a lead in developing staff in the department, alongside other managers ensuring smooth and efficient running of the team while also supporting partners and directors in growing fees.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be a Qualified Accountant with the long term ambition of becoming a Partner within the firm. They take great pride in training and developing their staff and want managers that can bring new ideas, add value and compete with some of their current managers. Due to the type of clients they have, you will want to take a real interest in the clients business and really want to help them in their endeavours.
