Interim Finance Director

Our client, is a £100m T/O multi-site manufacturing division of a listed FMCG group. The business requires an Interim Finance Director to work with the Managing Director to facilitate a ‘Carve-out’.
 
The primary objective of the role will be to maintain financial and business continuity in an engaged and motivated environment, whilst establishing the infrastructure to enable the division to stand alone as an autonomous business entity. 

Key deliverables will include the separation and sign off of the last 3 years accounts and establishment of transition service agreements, as well as provide close support to the commercial and operational areas of the business to maintain performance and ensure financial planning is robust and detailed.

This is a high profile role which will be required to deputise for the Managing Director so candidates will need to possess a track record of clear leadership and board level capability.

Applicants must be qualified, with ideally significant exposure to an FMCG or process manufacturing environment. Equally important is experience of leading carve out or integration projects, working with UK or European Grocers, business partnering commercial operations and managing teams to maintain focus and productivity through significant change processes.
