Finance Manager

The Role

Robert Half Finance & Accountancy are pleased to be supporting our client, a successful international business, who are recruiting a Finance Manager position based in Rickmansworth. This in an exciting Finance Manager position which will be responsible for month end management accounting, analysis, management reporting, budgeting & forecasting. The role requires strong excel and analysis skills and business partnering ability to support non-finance stakeholders in Sales and Marketing. You will support and challenge your stakeholders an all aspects of business performance, educate and advise on all financial matters and help to provide insight into monthly performance including explaining variances, highlighting risks and opportunities. You will ensure strong controls, processes and procedures and help to drive deficiencies whenever possible.

Your Profile

We are looking for a fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) who has strong management accounting experience, analysis and manage reporting, budgeting & forecasting and who has been a business partner in at least one role.

Salary & Benefits

A highly competitive base salary of circa £50,000 plus a company car and the chance of additional company cars, pension, health care and 25 days holiday and flexible working.
