Finance Business Partner - £competitive + benefits, Oxfordshire

Wade Macdonald is excited to be working with a US organisation who has an instantly recognisable brand. Working within the International Headquarters, our client seeks a Finance lead and reports directly into the International Head of Finance.

This exciting opportunity is responsible for managing all aspects of Sales, General and Administrative expenses, and will include gaining a deep understanding of business operations. You will actively coordinate the collations of all variance across the International region to produce meaningful variance analysis and ensure that full narrative to support and explain variances. This role will also manage and complete statutory reporting requirement that relates to PAYE, expenses and benefits. As a Business Partner you will lead on all planning and forecasting for SG&A spend across the International region, this will include budget targets. Working within key stakeholders you will understand context of variances, challenge and validate these to ensure delivery against budget.

This role offers a breadth of key activities and responsibility and our client is seeking a talented qualified finance professional (ACA/ACCA with pqe) who has both Financial Accounting experience either within practice or industry. Having qualified you will also demonstrate practical experience in Financial Analysis & Business Partnering.
