Compliance Director - £60,000 - £80,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

Wade Macdonald is partnering with a leading US Software business, who has a newly created role for a Compliance Director. This role will provide day-to-day compliance advisory support to the International business across various operational functions including legal, HR, Audit, Finance and Security. Acting as the primary point of contact for compliance you will manage compliance related issues, and support the creation, maintenance and revision of policies and process communications into the business.

The Compliance Director will adapt and modify corporate policies, and advise and assist in the implementation of compliance and policies across the International business. You will liaise with country General Managers and communicate any issues and develop and implement corrective actions plans.

Our client seeks an accomplished Compliance leader, who has experience in documenting, designing and testing internal controls. You will have previous practical experience of SOX advisory within an operational capacity.
