Our client in Northampton is seeking a qualified ACA or ACCA or CIMA accountant to join their niche business as an associate. This company specialises in helping its clients make money by buying or selling companies and raising finance.

Unique corporate finance practice, concentrating on owner managed businesses.
The Person
Successful candidates will be qualified Accountants, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This is no ordinary job therefore our client is seeking creative and lateral thinking people to provide innovative yet appropriate solutions for your clients.
The ability to work successfully in a small team is vital, as is a high level of energy, commitment and self-motivation needed to be successful in this very unusual commercial role. A knowledge of financial modelling is required.
When you become a Partner the more successful you are, the more you earn with no upper limit and however an attractive starting basic of £40k is on offer.
Key result areas
.
*Researching companies and markets.
*Draft selling memoranda.
*The preparation of financial models and the creation of business plans
*Responsible for assisting with project management throughout the entire deal process
*Shadow a Partner learning from professionals with years of experience
*Ability to manage own time and work to established deadlines.
*Your promotion to Partner level will depend on your ability to learn quickly but needs to be in 0ne to two years to satisfy the company's requirements
