Senior Financial Accountant

SF Group are currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Accountant for a market leading international business in Nottingham. As the Senior Financial Accountant you will assist in the consolidation of group financial and management accounting.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the consolidation of monthly financial and management accounting information for the different divisions under UK GAAP and USGAAP
• Assist in the preparation of the Monthly Management information
• To consolidate, reconcile and analyse the quarterly supplementary information submissions
• Review the accounting and administrative processes within the Finance function with a view to improving efficiencies
• Perform ad hoc financial and accounting analysis
• Prepare statutory accounts
• Ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliance for all processes

As the Financial Accountant you will be qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent), ideally with previous experience of accounts preparation, consolidation and statutory reporting. Experience of USGAAP would be beneficial but not essential. You will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and be proactive and have initiative to take ownership and take on extra responsibility when required.
