Frazer John Recruitment, Finance Division are working with a manufacturing client in Bury with a turnover of around £30 million and an opportunity exists for a Finance Manager to start an interim Senior Management Accountant / Finance Manager role immediately. This opportunity may also have the potential to go permanent for the successful candidate.
The business are going through a turnaround period so the successful candidate for this role needs to be able to demonstrate being hands on and adding value without much hand-holding.
As Finance Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of the 4 transactional team members as well as ensuring that month end procedures are adhered to and that accurate financial information can be produced.
You will ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience within manufacturing organisations and the ability to make recommendations on best practice to ensure the division is set up correctly and embedded within the organisation smoothly.
Experience of Kerridge is also a distinct advantage.
This is an urgent requirement which will ideally start this week or at most for those on a 7 days notice, so please apply online for immediate consideration.
