Management Accountant

One of Sharp Consultancy's most interesting clients are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join their team in Hull. You will report into the Financial Controller and you will be given a variety of responsibilities including:

*Assisting with the production of the monthly management accounts up to trial balance
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*Weekly variance analysis
*Liaising with non-finance staff
*Monitoring and forecasting spend against budgets
*Accruals and prepayments
*Developing financial systems and policies through IT system implementation
*Ad hoc reporting
*Purchase/Sales ledger

The successful applicant will be a part qualified accountant studying towards CIMA/ACC or equivalent qualification. Individuals who are wanting to gain a greater exposure to the management accounts will be ideally suited to this role. If you are ambitious and driven then this is certainly the environment in which to flourish.

You should be flexible on your working hours and be able to communicate effectively with the businesses directors. The business has been established for over 20 years and they are in a very stable position.
