Our client, an Executive Search Consultancy based in the City, are looking to hire a Bookkeeper/Business Administrator, to join on a fixed term contract for 10 months to cover maternity leave.

Primary responsibilities include-

  • Prepare weekly and ad-hoc financial reports
  • Data input into Sage Accounts
  • Preparation of monthly departmental reports
  • Collating, preparing and gaining approval of purchase invoicing
  • Co-ordinating expenses procedure, preparing journal upload for SAGE
  • Collating and follow up of credit card reconciliations, prepare journal upload for SAGE
  • Monthly reconciliation of petty cash, prepare journal upload for SAGE
  • Entering purchase invoices into Bankline for payment
  • Handling and managing petty cash
  • Preparing daily updates on bank balances
  • Maintain Holiday and Sickness records.
  • New Joiner and Leaver Administration
  • Drafting and updating Employment Contracts
  • HR filing and maintaining personnel files on network

Candidates must have previous experience using Sage Line 50 and be proficient in Word,Excel and Powerpoint.
