Accounts & Audit Senior

I am delighted to be partnering with this well established Chartered Accountancy Practice who is now in the market to recruit an Accounts & Audit Senior on a full time or part time permanent basis (4 days per week). 

ABOUT THE ROLE - 

The role will be split equally between Accounts and Audit responsibilities and you will take responsibility for a diverse client portfolio of clients with T/O between £7 - £15m 

· Accounts and Audit duties will include - 

· preparation of monthly management accounts 

· quarterly VAT returns

· producing year-end statutory accounts 

· providing advice and support to clients over the phone and on site. 

· Completion of field based audit work 

· Supervision of juniors onsite as appropriate 

ABOUT YOU - 

With at least 3+ years experience as an Accounts/Audit Senior within small to medium sized chartered practices you will ideally be ACA/ACCA qualified although consideration will be given to those who are qualified by experience. 

You should be an adept user of various accounting software applications including Sage (essential), XERO, Caseware and Quickbooks. Needless to say your experience of MS Excel should be at an advanced level. 

As you will be working in partnership with a loyal and established client base the need for strong communication and rapport building skills is imperative.
