As Finance Manager you will be responsible for the Corporate and Management Accounting functions, leading a team to ensure that that the Annual Accounts are produced within the required deadlines and that the Annual and long term Financial Plan is prepared & submitted within the required deadlines.
You will also ensure that all relevant monthly, quarterly and annual financial monitoring information is produced to enable monitoring against plans both internally and externally
The Finance Manager will also take a lead role in developing costing systems, processes and information and in ensuring that Service Line Reporting/Patient Level Costing is implemented within the Trust and that information is understood by managers across the Trust
You will have significant recent and relevant post qualification experience at a senior managerial level within a finance role, covering a number of areas including Management and Financial Accounting, Financial Planning and Costing. You will have previous staff management experience in particular managing teams to produce timely and accurate financial information for strategic financial decision making.
