Manage a small team and mentor them and offer them training and support
Act as a Finance Business Partner across the business, forming good relationships with non-finance personnel.
Dealing with:
Month end
Cash flows
Budgeting
Analysis of Data
Margin reporting
Ensuring deadlines are met
Assisting in the production of month end board packs
A personable individual for this role of Senior Management Accountant you will need to demonstrate a good technical background and understanding within finance and you will already have had experience with management of staff.
This is a great role working within a busy and complex environment and would suit someone who is Qualified or Part Qualified (ACCA or CIMA OR ACA). Hands on experience in a similar role is key you will need to be a team player with an excellent work ethic.
