Practice Management Systems Optimisation

Robert Half's Management Resources regularly delivers systems support to key clients throughout the region. We would like to speak to qualified accountants (or QBE) with proven experience of practice management systems within the legal sector

Responsibilities:

Carry out physical reviews and ensure the smooth optimisation of the PMS, so that the end user needs are served efficiently and professionally

Ensure the optimisation of month end processes and transactions so that they are accurately performed to periodic deadline

Test the posting of accounting entries & performance of the balance sheet reconciliations

Take a leading role in the delivery of process improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects

Must haves:

Qualified or QBE accountant

Strong Excel skills

Extensive Practice Management Systems experience

You will need to demonstrate:

Outstanding problem-solving

Investigative skills and sound reasoning

Organisation and project management practice

Commercial acumen

The ability to understand multifarious business data

Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management

We envisage a day rate of circa £350.
