Group Accountant

Robertson Bell Finance are recruiting for a well-known charitable establishment within the arts sector who are looking for a Financial Accountant to join the forward-thinking and diverse team.

This role will be key to the finance team as well as the rest of the staff as their key responsibilities will be to prepare the annual statutory accounts, liaising with relevant staff to ensure budgeting and grant management, ensure finance systems are running smoothly and preparing relevant financial information for tax purposes to the correct budget holders and other members of finance. This role will also be responsible for leading the monthly payroll duties and a key point of contact.

The successful candidate will be part or fully qualified and will be a forward thinking and proactive individual, willing to take part in a variety of activities in order to maintain the stable work environment. They will come from either the charity, commercial or wider public sector and have previous experience of completion of statutory accounts.
